Just three steps... easy, no?

In a word, no. Without accurate historical records, we had to essentially 'guess' at the outer step design, while of course maintaining fluidity between the gate and reception.

Many designs were considered and rejected... See if you can pinpoint the sketch that graduated to 'reality'.
