Restaurant Piano Nobile is opened seven days a week with a unique ALA CARTE MENU. The restaurant is under the creative leadership of Chef Libor Krusinsky who learned his craft after many years of apprenticeship with renowned French Chef, Jacquese Auffrayse. Libor also had valuable experiences in Bohemia and abroad.

He and his team of chefs have created novel dishes based on local recipes in combination with the original Aristocratic cuisine of the Thurn-Taxis family, who lived at Chateau Mcely until 1947. The result is gourmet cuisine that is light, yet full of intense, complex flavors that excite the body, mind and spirit. With the marvellous weather at Mcely, why not have your lunch on the castle patio and experience breathtaking views of the countryside, while listening to harmonious songs of the many varieties of birds that populate our surrounding English park? Restaurant Piano Nobile is also ideal for business lunches. We have an extensive international and Czech wine list.
