Piano Nobile restaurant is open to both the public and hotel guests seven days a week with a seasonal à la carte menu. The menu is based on the highest-quality ingredients so that guests' gastronomic experience can help them achieve a balance of body and mind. You can choose from dishes based on the traditions of the Thurn-Taxis family, former owners of the chateau, or perhaps recipes inspired by Grandma Cusumano for a simple taste of Italy. The recipes coming from these two traditions are served in a modern lighter form. There is beauty in simplicity and also the ability to maintain the highest quality of taste and nutrition, so the Piano Nobile restaurant's menu is concise. However, our chef and his team are always ready to fulfill your individual requests.
The Patio
In good weather, you can enjoy your meals in the fresh air on the chateau patio. This roofed patio is romantic and a favorite of many of our guests. High on a hill with beautiful vistas as far as the eye can see, and surrounded by the Bohemian countryside, in this magical and romantic place you can relax comfortably on loungers or sit at a lovely floral-decorated table.
