Chateau Mcely’s Capacity
Chateau Mcely can offer accommodation for 52 persons in 23 rooms. It is possible to arrange a reception for up to 100 persons in the chateau salons. The chateau patio and 5-hectare English pare are also available, which are suitable for a wedding marquee tent, where it is possible to arrange a wedding for a larger number of guests (up to 200). The size of marquee tent is chosen according to the agreed upon number of guests. If numbers exceed the accommodation capacity of the Chateau, the Chateau Mcely wedding coordinator will arrange accommodations nearby for you, and transfers for your guests.
Wedding Ceremony
Civil or protestant wedding ceremonies can be prepared for you by the Chateau Mcely Team in the elegant Gold Room, on the roofed outdoor chateau patio or, in pleasant weather, in the English park. It is possible to hold a Catholic ceremony in the neighboring St. Wenceslas Chapel. Civil ceremonies take place at 3.30 p.m. on Friday or Saturday, church marriages by arrangement and depending on availability. It is not possible to arrange a wedding ceremony on its own at Chateau Mcely.
